Shipping:

The customer pays all freight and/or optional insurance charges. Most packages will be sent out using flat-rate USPS services, although exceptions may apply. 

 

Receiving Merchandise:

Upon receipt of an order, please inspect it immediately and report any discrepancies to info@indianriverhoneycompany.com.  Failure to do so may limit our ability to help you resolve any issues arising from transport or claims.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

All sales are final (no refunds). However, if you have an issue with your product(s) or purchase, please reach out and we will try to work together for an agreeable solution, which may include product exchanges or store credit. Please reach out within 30 days of your purchase for any issues with your purchase.

 

Replacing Merchandise:

If we make an error or send you the wrong product please call or email at info@indianriverhoneycompany.com, and we will gladly correct the problem!  We work hard to properly package your purchase to avoid damage during shipping.  If items are damaged during shipment, please let us know!  Glass is shipped at your risk because shipping companies will not cover damage to glass.  

 

Pick-Up Orders:

We would love to see you in person.  Our friendly and helpful team are happy to share their experience with you. If you are planning a visit for something in particular, please call first, to ensure product availability and to secure your order.  We make no guarantees on availability of products. Please help us by checking orders carefully before you leave to be certain everything is correct.

 

Internet Orders:

Web orders can be placed on our website: www.indianriverhoneycompany.com. Web orders are processed within 72 hours, except on weekends and holidays. Once processed, web orders will be handled with the same high level of care and attention as any other order.  We will contact you via e-mail or phone if there are any discrepancies on your web order (ie. wrong billing address, backorders, etc.)

We do our best to hold prices through the year, but prices are subject to change without notice.
